I had a great experience working with Jim & his staff. They came out in a snow storm to install our beautiful frameless shower enclosure. They were on time, pleasant & cleaned up after they were done. The price was comparable with some of the plumbing supply places I checked with. It's nice to support a local business. Our front door glass to our business was broken (not a good look for our clients and dangerous ) so we called Krstal glass and they had a tech out within hours to measure and first thing the next morning it was replaced. They were quick, professional and reasonably priced. The front door has a lot of activity and I couldnt risk something happening. Absolutely recommend!

We added a new addition which included a master bathroom with a steam shower. I called Krystal Glass & Door for a quote to provide the glass for the steam shower. Their prices were very competitive versus others that I talked to. I worked with Jaycee who was a pleasure to work with and very helpful. Even though they had to come a few different times due to the bathroom not being ready to take accurate measurements, they were always helpful throughout the process. They installed beautiful glass shower walls (see picture). All of the people that I interacted with throughout the process have been great, professional, and very helpful. My front door glass was broken from the kids fooling around and accidentally hit it with a medal water bottle and it cracked the glass and I was worried that someone could just push on it and reach in and unlock it, But thanks to Krystal glass who came out the same day, ( and with a reasonable price) they did a fantastic job, and I can sleep peacefully tonight knowing that the door is secure. From start to finish we were 100% please. We received a quote quickly, a rep came out within days to measure the job out. Two and a half weeks later the job was done. The team that did the install were professional and neat. They came back a few days later for some adjustments, no questions asked. Highly recommend!

We have a 89 1/2 in x 40 1/2 in. picture window in our family room which overlooks our backyard, including a lovely waterview of a pond. This window was probably installed in the 70’s and has a wood frame. Over the years, the seal has broken down and the interior became cloudy. A replacement window was not an option due to the fact this window was so large. We would have had to install a smaller picture window with two narrow windows on each side, giving us a totally different ((and somewhat obstructed) view. Krystal Glass was recommended by a friend, so called Jim Jr. at Krystal Glass. Jim arrived same day to look over the task at hand. After strategically determining what needed to be done to replace the glass in this huge window, an estimate was given in a few days.On the day of installation (possibly the coldest/windiest day of the entire winter!) the two installers Rocked!Took all the inside wood molding and outside aluminum casing around the enclosed wood framing, without damaging a single piece - including the window itself. The window was so large that they had to return to the shop to do the actual installing of the double pane tempered insulated glass w/argon gas into the wood frame.Came back in about two hours, and installed the window without a hitch. Krystal clear 😎view!!!!!! Highly recommend.

I was very happy with the entire experience with Krystal Glass. I needed new rollers installed on my sliding door. I was able to make an appointment quickly, the techs arrived exactly on time, they were polite and knew exactly what they were doing. They gave me a very reasonable price, and they completed the job leaving me no mess at all, and the door works better than it has in years. These guys did really thorough work, even after our window was harder to remove and replace than they expected. Krystal Glass gets my 5 star review for the recent rehabilitation of an in-house sunroom. Steve came for a on-site consultation and provided a below average estimate for the professional installation 6 large sunroom & 2 casement windows. When the job was finished the crew did an immaculate cleanup. No hassle, good products, all within a narrow budget. Thanks Steve, great job. And no windows to wash.

Simply amazing! I called this morning to ask about a couple panes being replaced. The super nice gentleman were here within a few hours (during a snowstorm) and got the job done.
